  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   We were opening a new store in N.C. and had met the owners of Dali at a radio station\'s seminar. So thankful that our paths crossed. They have done such wonderful work for us. We have a beautiful Window Decal that has brought attention to our store (which is a major benefit for us; visibility!!!) We have a decals on each of our vehicles, (2 large decals on the work van), as well as a large decal inside the store on the main wall as you walk in the door. Thank you Dali Decals!!!

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.
