  I had ordered the Bubbles in two colors (choc brown and orange) for my studio apartment back in Nov 08. I apologize for writing this a year later but the decals have been holding up. I remember the buying process was smooth, easy to navigate website and color options were numerous. The instructions were easy to follow. The bubbles have given my apt a very chic and hip look. I went out and bought matching drapes, furniture and knick-knacks to accentuate the colors in my apt. I even painted two accent walls choc brown and green (the orange gives it a kick). Thank you!   I bought two of the Swirly Whispy tree branch stencils to put over my fireplace; which is a very long and narrow area. These were just what I was looking for. I didn't want to go with traditional stuff over my fireplace like candles or pictures or a mirror....and then I found Dali Decals. You had just what I wanted and your customer serivce was SUPERB!!!!   I recently purchased the bamboo decal for a small area in my cabana bathroom.
  
  It is a small area and pictures were not suitable fot this location.
  
  The painted walls are aqua in color so I ordered the bamboo in white to match the bath fixtures.
  
  What a great addition this made to my bath not to mention all the positive comments I have received.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   Just bought this for my grown-up "forest themed" bedroom. Not only does the decal look absolutely amazing, but it was very easy to apply and the company threw in a bunch of woodland animal decals for free. I will not hesitate to purchase in the future.
