  We just put up our decals and they are wonderful! They were easy to put up and all look fantastic. I had an image in my head for our new baby's nursery and Dali Decals had exactly what I had hoped to find.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I have yet to order decals from any company but I have looked at a TON of sites during my search for the perfect decal for our newly painted bedroom in our NEW home!!!! This is the 1st site that has allowed me to change the wall, bedding, etc colors and I have been wishing for this feature since I started my search several days ago! This feature is AWESOME!!!   I just applied a set of fun ocean decals in the bath at our lake house. I spent a little time planning out spacing, then tested out the spacing by hanging them on the wall using blue painter's tape. Then I followed the directions and in just a couple of hours had totally changed the look of the room! Very cool, very professional looking, and unique! My husband was genuinely impressed at the final product, and it makes me smile every time I go into the room. Thanks!
