  I ordered my daughter's name for her nursery and when it came it was too light to see on my wall and too small for my tall ceilings (which was not their fault). Dali Decals was SO helpful in sending me color samples and helping me quickly get another one ordered in a larger size. It looks SO good I could not be happier!!!   I ordered 10 custom decals for my company- huge colorful "Code of Conduct" decals to hang all over around the building. The customer service I received, both when I called with a question and when I was contacted because I'm bad at math and didn't use the right dimensions, was stellar.   I bought a sleeping koala decal for our baby's room two years ago. The color is still just as fresh as it was and it looks amazing. I know the site says they aren't reusable, but ours was! We transferred it onto parchment paper and rolled it up before our move and just last night replaced it onto the wall in our son's new room. It sticks just as well and looks just as good. I'm a very happy customer. It also came with a complimentary six cute birds and they transferred as well.
