  I recently ordered 2 sets of wall decals for my little girl's room. I was nervous about the colors and how difficult they would be to apply. Let me just say they were perfect!!   My husband and I took about two to three hours putting the large Dandelion Blowing in the Wind - Wall Decals up in our daughters nursery. He is some what of a perfectionist so it took us a little longer then most .
  When I had my baby shower my family and friends raved about how good it looked and could not believe it was a decal. The Transition from the decal to the wall was seamless. The final outcome was Absolutely Gorgeous !

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I'm a new happy customer. I found out about Dali Decals by reading about a local promotion. Even though I missed out on the promotional offer, I was really impressed with all the customer pics and reviews. I was at a loss on what to get my boss who is expecting her first child and when I saw the Elegant & Swirly Framed Monogram I had to get it for her.
