Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I had the large cherry blossom branch up in my apartment for over 2 years and it never peeled off, cracked, wilted, or anything like that. It remained perfect throughout hot temperature, air conditioning, humidity, etc. When I removed it, it came off no problem without a trace on the wall. It was beautiful; the only reason I even removed it is because I moved out. The branch and all of the blossoms came as separate pieces, which although time consuming to put up was well worth it because I could arrange it however I wanted. They provided more than enough of the blossoms, I even had extra left over. All in all, great quality products and fantastic customer service!
