  We ordered the owls on the branch. We put them up in our son's nursery. They went on very nicely and looked awesome. We were renting at the time and had to move. We took them down and reordered them to replace them in our new house. They didn't leave any residue on the wall and were easy to remove.
  They are such a great addition without having to ruin the walls. We are looking forward to being able to change them in a few years when our son gets sick of the owls and wants to try something else. Thank you for great service and an awesome product!

  We ordered a name decal for our little one's nursery. I was thinking about painting, but I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I was worried about an imperfect result. I found Dali Decals and ordered the decal in a matte finish. It looks amazing on the wall and it looks like it was painted on! My husband and I absolutely love the way it looks in the nursery!

  I just wanted to let you know that I received my order today. I had accidentally ordered two sets of color samples and a wonderful representative from your company called to let me know. I was given the choice of having the two dollars refunded, or some extra decals sent to me. I just have to say that I am overwhelmed by these extra decals.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem.
