  Wow! Everyone just loves the Tree Blowing in the Wind decal I put in our nursery. I did need help with the trunk but the leaves, owl and birds were a breeze to put up. I'm also impressed with the fact they send a picture of the image so I could map out the leaves. Now, our baby can look up and be greeted by nature every morning. It's beautiful and the "extras" Dali Decals sent exceeded my expectations. I would totally order from them again!

  I purchased my first and second wall decal from Dali. Great product, easy to install great quality. I purchased a third from another company (sorry), not so easy to use, difficult to install not as good of a product overall. I am back to create a custom quote from Dali.   I am VERY happy not only with my decal, but with the company. The decal ends up being just letters (if you ordered a quote) and not a big piece of plastic as what I was anticipating so it looks REALLY professional and awesome.
  
  What I loved about the service, though, was how easy it was to order, and even though I somehow didn't get an apostrophe up on the wall, I simply e-mailed them and they overnighted a replacement. I was SO thrilled with that level of service.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
