  I just wanted to let you know that I received my order today. I had accidentally ordered two sets of color samples and a wonderful representative from your company called to let me know. I was given the choice of having the two dollars refunded, or some extra decals sent to me. I just have to say that I am overwhelmed by these extra decals.   I got the Tall Tree Waving in the Wind decal and it is just gorgeous. Even prettier than it looked in the photo. The combo of the glossy trunk and matte leaves works very well, too. I put it up myself over a weekend afternoon. Very easy and I am extremely pleased with how it turned out. Thanks, Dali!

  I've got a problem with the decals I recently ordered. Everybody who now walks down the hallway keeps distracting me by commenting on how nice the are and keep talking about getting some for themselves! ;) Very nice work. I love them and your customer service was great as well.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
