  I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and all of Dali Decals for their excellent customer service. You all responded so quickly to my inquiries in creating our decal for our son to be's nursery and were so kind and easy to work with when there was a mistake in the colors. I just really appreciate the customer service and feel that sometimes we forget to say thank you. Thanks for making me smile every time I walk past his room.

  We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)

  I just wanted to thank you for a superb job you recently did for me for my nephew's birthday present. I wanted both a guitar and saxophone wall decals for his bedroom. I found your site and after talking to your design consultants, had a few designs to choose from that would work. Both decals were printed and shipped quickly and arrived on time. They were easy to install and look fantastic in his bedroom. Thank you for a positive experience and one very happy teenager.
