  I just wanted to thank Dali Decals and the wonderful rep in Florida who assisted with decals for my wedding. She was phenominial and so were my decals. They were used for glass vases in the centerpieces and were a complete hit! I wish I could remember her name bc she made the process so painless, they had to be customized monograms and it took her less than a day to make my idea come alive!

  I have a huge master bedroom wall that I have had several types of art work created to try to fill this space. I was not sure if this decal would be large enough but after I got it on the wall it’s wonderful!! Perfect size and the instillation was easy as 1…2…3. I love the idea of the decals so much I ordered name and design decals for both my kids rooms and several others to put throughout my home.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
