  Dali Decals … I am in love with your product! After initially ordering your 6 piece turtles in pistachio matte, I installed them on my son’s nursery wall only to find they weren’t exactly the right color. I called your customer service and spoke with one of your fabulous representatives who took the time to help me pick out the right color to reorder. I was hoping to get the replacements “soon”, little did I know they’d show up THE NEXT DAY! The new “olive” turtles are up on the wall and we LOVE them. Thank you so much for going out of your way to provide exceptional customer service, you have a new customer for life! … We are already planning on our next order for our spare bathroom.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I used Dali Decals to decorate my nursery. I could not have asked for a more beautiful and professional looking product. I was so pleased!! My husband and I chose to place her name on the wall and we decided to throw in the $10 Bird decals. All that I can say is that any decal you can get from Dali decals for $10 is a STEAL!! We have Gotten so many compliments about our nursery and everyone compliments us on our wall. The instructions were easy to follow and they look awesome on the wall!!!! One year later and I am back to purchase a decal for her new toy box.

  The Cherry Blossom Tree decal more than exceeded my expectations. I completed the install by myself, which was only slightly challenging. One suggestion I would make for other people who get this decal is that cutting the sections into smaller sections makes placement both easier and more accurate in terms of alignment. One other suggestion I would make is for people who are considering this decal to examine the layout of the wall they are considering in correlation to any light sources. I did not get the matte color option, so at times there can be a glare on the decal, as it was placed directly across from a window. All in all, my entire experience with Dali was excellent. The delivery was quick and the extra decals that were included went perfectly with the scheme I had planned. I will definitely be using this company again.
