Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   Hi Marisa, the decals came in the mail yesterday and we put the branch up already. It's perfect!!! The size works great!! Thank you so much for all of the different sized birdies!! I haven't put any on yet, but have taped a few to the wall to see which size looks best. I will take pictures as promised once i get it all finished. I am so excited!! It really added a modern and natural feel to the room that will go with the rest of our home's style. I can NOT thank you enough! I have already been telling several friends about your site and how great you have been to work with. Great customer service is very hard to come by these days, and it is very much appreciated!   They are just amazing!!! I placed my order thinking I was going to get something cheap and different then what I see in the picture but they proved me wrong. I got exactly what I ordered and even more. It was as I saw it in the picture and it was the exact colors I wanted. I have ordered 12 birds I got 16 I have ordered a personalized name sticker for the wall and I forgot to put two of the initials and I was concerned that if I call back they will charge me full price for it again but yet again they proved me wrong. They only charged me for shipping. They are truly the best online company I have ever ordered from. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks for wall décor. I will also reorder from them if I need anything else for my children or myself. Great customer service, fast, efficient, organized and much much more.
