Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   We just put up our decals and they are wonderful! They were easy to put up and all look fantastic. I had an image in my head for our new baby's nursery and Dali Decals had exactly what I had hoped to find.   So easy to put on- I did it in ten minutes, and it looks fantastic. I got the birds on a wire and it looks wonderful. I might end up with a whole house of decals!

  I ordered the "Bubbles" decals in 3 different colors for my granddaughter's room and after I received them and saw that they were individual narrow rings, I was really nervous about putting them up. They looked like they were going to be hard to work with, but I called the company and they were very helpful about giving me some useful application tips and assured me they they were actually very easy to put up. And they were RIGHT! They went up very easily and quickly and they look fantastic. My daughter-in-law and I did them in one morning. One tip: figure out the placement first by temporarily sticking them up with masking tape before removing any of the coverings. A piece of cake!

  I am so pleased with every interaction I have had with Dali Decals. I had multiple back and forth conversations over the span of weeks. I always received prompt responses or answers to my questions. When I got my custom decal it was even better than I expected! Definitely will be back again!!
