Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)

  We just applied the third of the decals we purchased. Wow what a difference it makes in the room! We love them and I am already looking at other walls where I can apply them. You are correct, it is addictive!
  
  These are a great way to add a designer flair to a room without putting a picture up. Depending upon the color you get, they are either a subtle enhancement or make a dramatic statement. I just love them!
