  We recently received our decals (giant tree with falling leaves and set of 7 cute birds) and wanted to let you know we were more than pleased with the outcome!   Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  Dali Decals … I am in love with your product! After initially ordering your 6 piece turtles in pistachio matte, I installed them on my son’s nursery wall only to find they weren’t exactly the right color. I called your customer service and spoke with one of your fabulous representatives who took the time to help me pick out the right color to reorder. I was hoping to get the replacements “soon”, little did I know they’d show up THE NEXT DAY! The new “olive” turtles are up on the wall and we LOVE them. Thank you so much for going out of your way to provide exceptional customer service, you have a new customer for life! … We are already planning on our next order for our spare bathroom.

  Several months ago, I ordered some Dali Decals through a daily deal. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with them....they arrived quickly, they went up easily (I could do it by myself!) and the finished product is fabulous!   I live in apartment and painting wasn't allowed so I opted to go with this wall decal to add visual interest to a large beige wall. Installation was easy and so was removal (I'm moving in a few days). I had my decal up for five years which, to me, is evidence of high quality materials. I highly recommend this product.
