  Hi guys.
  
  I just wanted to send a short note of thanks for the wonderful decals.
  
  I haven't had the opportunity to put them up yet, as the store was just painted last night, but I opened the box and laid them out this evening. All I can say is "WOW!"
  Your quality and designs are really better than anything I've seen.
  
  My 8year old daughter wants to help me put up "the stickers", so I'll be sure to send along some pics of the process. Pictures of the store upon completion will follow.

  I bought two of the Swirly Whispy tree branch stencils to put over my fireplace; which is a very long and narrow area. These were just what I was looking for. I didn't want to go with traditional stuff over my fireplace like candles or pictures or a mirror....and then I found Dali Decals. You had just what I wanted and your customer serivce was SUPERB!!!!   I wanted to let you know, I have ordered numerous decals from you and was so very pleased that I have started something you should know about. I work at {Store name omitted} in the Home Decorating section and have had so many customers come back to thank me for turning them on to your site. I have received thank you cards, lunches, I even got flowers from this one really nice older lady.
  
  {Store name omitted} does not carry "wall paper" anymore (thank goodness), and so many people still want "stuff" on their walls, so i write your web address down and tell them how happy they will be. I could probably get in trouble but thats how satisfied I was with your products.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
