I ordered the "Bubbles" decals in 3 different colors for my granddaughter's room and after I received them and saw that they were individual narrow rings, I was really nervous about putting them up. They looked like they were going to be hard to work with, but I called the company and they were very helpful about giving me some useful application tips and assured me they they were actually very easy to put up. And they were RIGHT! They went up very easily and quickly and they look fantastic. My daughter-in-law and I did them in one morning. One tip: figure out the placement first by temporarily sticking them up with masking tape before removing any of the coverings. A piece of cake!

Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite. I'm looking forward to receiving my products, and I'll be sure to recommend your company to others. Thank you!

I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

I ordered the 2 color polka dots for my daughter's nursery. I painted the bottom half of the wall a dark grey color, topped it with white chair rail and used the DARK GREY MATTE and SOFT PINK colored polka dots (comes in 5 different sizes) on the white wall above the chair rail. It matched beautifully with the paint and looks amazing! So worth the money to make my baby's room beautiful for her arrival :)
