  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)

  I ordered the cherry blossom branch for my bedroom hallway. Background was a light grey and it looked really plain so I needed something to make it look a bit more attractive. This did the trick! Absolutely beautiful! It was so easy to apply to the wall and the colors were absolutely fabulous! I ordered an extra set of blossoms to create a falling effect and it looks great! I get so many compliments about the design and people ask me were I got such a great painting from!! They're so surprised to hear that it's a decal! I am looking for more decals for my other rooms in the house!!!

  While my purchase is not recent, I have had Dali Decals on my car for over 3 years now and they look as good as the day I bought them! No fading or peeling and compliments daily from passerby. I plan on getting a new car soon and will be "enhancing" its image with Dali Decals!!
