  Wow! I am so impressed with my decal. We recently painted my daughter's room and placed this behind her bed. It is absolutely adorable! It was very easy to transfer and is made really well! I would high recommend this product.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I am so excited about this site. I bought a decal for my bedroom over a yr ago that I received many compliments on. Unfortunately due to a hurricane I had extreme flood condition in my home. I called Dali and spoke with a representative that sent me my exact order back @ a discounted rate! They helped me so much. It was a weight lifted off of my shoulders. I am so grateful for them.
