  I bought two of the Swirly Whispy tree branch stencils to put over my fireplace; which is a very long and narrow area. These were just what I was looking for. I didn't want to go with traditional stuff over my fireplace like candles or pictures or a mirror....and then I found Dali Decals. You had just what I wanted and your customer serivce was SUPERB!!!!   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I purchased the Fancy and Elegant Monogram Personalized for my son's room. It turned out GREAT!!! Everyone thinks that his name is painted on the wall. It was not a challenge to put on at all. I have also been told that the decal makes his room look as if it belongs in a magazine. I love Dali decals!! Thank you so much! ** My walls are textured a little and this did not cause a problem applying the decal** I am moving and I plan to purchase another decal just like it because I love the one I have so much...
