  We are so happy with the tree decal we ordered! We put it up in the nursery for our new baby boy, Jack. All visitors and relatives over the past few days have been blown away by the tree and eager to log on to your site and cruise around. I hope it means more traffic to your site and more sales, too!   I absolutely LOVE Dalidecals.com!!!!! We purchased two seperate decals for my baby girl's room, and the came out beautiful. I also ordered a customized sample of the mosaic tiles that was very nice. Everything is very good quality and looks wonderful even a year and a half later!! The employees that I was in contact with were awesome as well. I just wish everyone had such good quality products and friendly, helpful customer service. A+++++ Company! Thank you!!!!!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  I am so pleased with every interaction I have had with Dali Decals. I had multiple back and forth conversations over the span of weeks. I always received prompt responses or answers to my questions. When I got my custom decal it was even better than I expected! Definitely will be back again!!
