  We just put up our decals and they are wonderful! They were easy to put up and all look fantastic. I had an image in my head for our new baby's nursery and Dali Decals had exactly what I had hoped to find.   I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and all of Dali Decals for their excellent customer service. You all responded so quickly to my inquiries in creating our decal for our son to be's nursery and were so kind and easy to work with when there was a mistake in the colors. I just really appreciate the customer service and feel that sometimes we forget to say thank you. Thanks for making me smile every time I walk past his room.

  This is a great company to work with. I checked the no box to the question...Do you have textured walls? I didnt think my wall was textured but I guess is it very slightly. Even though I ordered the decal with the wrong adhesive they sent me a new one with the right adhesive! Most companies would just say "sorry, you made the mistake not us", and hang up. I am shocked! I will tell everyone about this company! I havnt gotten my new decal so maybe I should wait and see if it sticks before I write this. I'll let ya know:)

  Your company rocks! One of your reps saved me money on shipping AFTER I ordered online, I have never seen a company do that. My niece loves her new room with the birds on a wire decals. Thanks so much, It is rare to find a company with such great customer service.
