  I purchased the flowering cherry blossom tree blowing in the wind in dark brown and deep red matte. It is stunning to say the least. My friends were over for a cocktail party and they all asked me to forward your web site. I am in the process of ordering more. It is a very large tree and I was intimidated to hang it. My kids sitter helped me and it went up without a problem. I was worried about the pattern for the flowers but you can't mess it up.   We recently received our decals (giant tree with falling leaves and set of 7 cute birds) and wanted to let you know we were more than pleased with the outcome!   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   We ordered the extra large dandelion and put it on the upper wall of our staircase. It is beautiful and looks like a mural painted on the wall. However, it did take some time to put up. Since the seeds of the dandelion are very detailed and wispy they were harder to transfer from the paper to the wall, but after some diligent work it looks awesome!
