  My husband and I (with a friend's help, since I am 9 months pregnant) just applied a huge tree decal in our baby's nursery and it looks GREAT!   My wife and I bought the "Tall Tree Waving in the Wind" and the "Swirling Poppies" decal sets for decorating our nursery, and we're very glad we did - they're so cute! We were a little intimidated by the process of putting up the tree at first, but with the help of the video tutorial on the site, we found it was actually very easy. Everyone who comes over raves about how great the decals look - we're surprised by how many people actually think the matte decals were painted on as they look so thin and smooth!   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  It's not likely that you will regret your purchase from this company. The decal added so much elegance to my room and I was going for a custom decal so I exchanged several emails with company and they was so helpful, even sending two different sizes of decal since I was not totally sure on the size. I will be referring them to everyone I know. Looking to add another decal now as well. Extremely happy.

  I moved into this house almost 3 yrs ago and have a vaulted staircase. I had no idea what to do with it until I saw this Cherry Blossom Tree.. I have had this decal for about 2 yrs and still get compliments on it. The staircase is a multi level staircase and I had the flowers float up the wall like the wind was taking them away. We recently moved and the tree had to come down. Boo! I have to say though after two plus yrs. the decal came off and left no residue and took no paint off. I am trying to figure where I want my new family tree now in my new home. Thanks for making great decals.
