  I am extremely pleased with the butterfly decals purchased for our daughter's nursery. They really complete the room and look like hand painted art.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I purchased a monogram letter "K" for my baby's room and a personalized photo decal of my son on his dirt bike for his room. Both decals arrived promptly, looked fantastic and were easy to apply. We have received many compliments on both of them, and we are more than happy to recommend Dali Decals. I'm shopping for more decals for the baby's room now!   I love my S\'mores Modern Mosaic tiles. They add amazing depth and rich color to the bland beige color pallet of my rental\'s kitchen. While they are advertised as single use, This is the second apartment that I have used these in. Peeled right off the old wall and put the sections on waxed paper to transport them.
