  We purchased the dandelion for my daughter's room at college in her new apt. She received LoTs of compliments! She however had to move from there fairly quickly. She was able to remove the decal without damaging the walls. Wasn't able to save the decal but we are excited to order all new ones for her OWN new place with no roommates!!!

  I LOVE LOVE LOVE my stickers. I put the giraffes in my daughter's room. It wasn't super fast, but didn't take forever either, and it looks fabulous. I also put up some cherry blossoms in my guest room and it looks like they were painted on. I rent the house I am in, and it is great not to have to put more holes into the wall. Great products.   We were really nervous about doing this. When our decals arrived we were shocked at how fun and easy it was to apply them. We cut them out and hung them on the wall in different ways using painting tape first to decide exactly where we wanted leaves and blooms. So much fun! Everyone keeps telling us how terrific and professionally done it looks.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
