  I absolutely love the decal I ordered! It was incredibly easy to apply and turned out amazing. The stark white fireplace in my apartment that nothing would stick to is now the center of attention! I have had so many compliments on it already!
  The only thing I would suggest for anyone putting up one of these is to make sure to keep small animals and children in another room during the process! Two obnoxious kittens was the only struggle I had!

When the opportunity came up to redesign a wall in our nonprofit counseling/wellness center, I suggested a custom decal from you. I'm not a designer so my file wasn't quite right, but Robert was so patient and helpful and was able to get my files into shape. Thanks for such great service!   I purchased some of the dragonfly decals for my daughters room, they turned out great!!! Not only was the color accurately reflected on the website, but they were easier to "install" than expected.

  I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
