  A+++++++ artists! Dali Decals custom-made this design from nothing. All I knew was I wanted chains and thorns... and they made it into something amazing!!! They took the ball and ran with it... and came up with the most amazing design I've ever seen! And they got it done fast enough that I could have it in time for a party I was throwing.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   Just put my decal up over our bed today. (Two Birdies in a Tree) Love it! Can't wait to put up the ones I got for my daughter's room. Instructions were great - the pictures were absolutely fantastic to have. Came out perfectly, got the hang of it pretty quickly. I'll be doing lots of decorating with these. Thanks!

  Dear Alicia,, thank you and your company for going above and beyond to help me get my decal up.I am so happy with the ease that it went up and the saying " Home is where our story begins" is so special to me because it is what our children had put on our cake last year as we celebrated our 50the wedding anniversary... Now I have it in my living
