Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I just wanted to let you know that I received my order today. I had accidentally ordered two sets of color samples and a wonderful representative from your company called to let me know. I was given the choice of having the two dollars refunded, or some extra decals sent to me. I just have to say that I am overwhelmed by these extra decals.   I just received my decal and put it up right away. It is just amazing! I ordered the large "Love" quote in burgundy and its perfect! The color matches the site's color exactly. The company recommends getting the semi-gloss decals for textured walls, which I agree with. I tried both but the semi-gloss works much better on texture. Both look great on non-textured walls. Not only did they send my decal quickly, but they also sent some adorable bird decals for free (in addition to some practice decals). They were the perfect addition to the room. Dali Decals has given me great service both times I have ordered from them and I will certainly be buying more decals in the future!

  Incredible customer service! I ordered the Fairy Girl on the Moon in Soft Pink Matte. The pink was a little brighter than I had envisioned, so I contacted Dali Decal to see what my options were. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was able to exchange the decal for a different color. I just received the replacement decal in the new color (Teal Matte) and it looks amazing in my daughter's room!! It was easy to put on the wall and just looks beautiful. Highly recommend these products and Dali Decal's service is excellent!
