I received the replacement roll today and they are perfect. I wanted to write this email because I used to work in customer service and rarely did the comments that we received ever contained positive feedback. I just wanted to send a quick note to THANK YOU for my order, and for being such a wonderful company!! I’m attaching a picture of my decal (“Everything happens for a Reason”) [see www.facebook.com/DaliDecals for more customer photos!] which I put above my bed to remind me that everything I endure has a purpose. I was also THRILLED to get a bonus second set of the Cute Little Birds with my order!! My mother came down to visit me for the weekend (a 7-hour drive), to help me set up my new apartment, and I gave her the extra birds. She loves them as much as I do!

I put the Jugendstil decal on the wall today and it is stunning! Absolutely the perfect art nouveau design for my dining room. Great service, great product, Dali Decals are indeed addictive, because I\'m back on the web site lookng for mor!

I am VERY happy not only with my decal, but with the company. The decal ends up being just letters (if you ordered a quote) and not a big piece of plastic as what I was anticipating so it looks REALLY professional and awesome.
What I loved about the service, though, was how easy it was to order, and even though I somehow didn't get an apostrophe up on the wall, I simply e-mailed them and they overnighted a replacement. I was SO thrilled with that level of service.
