You all responded so quickly to my inquiries in creating our decal for our son to be's nursery and were so kind and easy to work with when there was a mistake in the colors.   Dali Decals … I am in love with your product! After initially ordering your 6 piece turtles in pistachio matte, I installed them on my son’s nursery wall only to find they weren’t exactly the right color. I called your customer service and spoke with one of your fabulous representatives who took the time to help me pick out the right color to reorder. I was hoping to get the replacements “soon”, little did I know they’d show up THE NEXT DAY! The new “olive” turtles are up on the wall and we LOVE them. Thank you so much for going out of your way to provide exceptional customer service, you have a new customer for life! … We are already planning on our next order for our spare bathroom.

  I am so excited about this site. I bought a decal for my bedroom over a yr ago that I received many compliments on. Unfortunately due to a hurricane I had extreme flood condition in my home. I called Dali and spoke with a representative that sent me my exact order back @ a discounted rate! They helped me so much. It was a weight lifted off of my shoulders. I am so grateful for them.

  This is a great company to work with. I checked the no box to the question...Do you have textured walls? I didnt think my wall was textured but I guess is it very slightly. Even though I ordered the decal with the wrong adhesive they sent me a new one with the right adhesive! Most companies would just say "sorry, you made the mistake not us", and hang up. I am shocked! I will tell everyone about this company! I havnt gotten my new decal so maybe I should wait and see if it sticks before I write this. I'll let ya know:)

  I purchased from this site because of a Groupon-type offer, and I am SO GLAD I did!!! I just put up these circle/bubble decals in my kitchen and they have added so much life - and they make me so happy! I got them in two colors, the cardinal red matte and the buttercream matte, and they go together in a very kitchen-y way... I really wish I could post a picture, they look so great. My mom helped me and we stole a couple arrangement ideas from the photo on the webpage, but then we got creative and started making our own designs. Very simple to apply, very fun, and a wonderful result! I will definitely order from here again :)
