  We ordered two decals (a tree and a set of owls) for our baby's nursery and we are thrilled with the results! The decals arrived extremely quickly. It took very little time to get them up and they look fantastic. People who saw the decals thought we had actually stenciled the tree and owls on the wall.   I bought two of the Swirly Whispy tree branch stencils to put over my fireplace; which is a very long and narrow area. These were just what I was looking for. I didn't want to go with traditional stuff over my fireplace like candles or pictures or a mirror....and then I found Dali Decals. You had just what I wanted and your customer serivce was SUPERB!!!!   Hey, just a shout out to one of your employees, David T. I inquired about Dali making some bike decals for me, and David took the reigns, made sure my document was a good size, resolution. His communication was great. By the way he treated me, you would think I was some big shot inquiring about a bulk order. I am not. I only wanted decals for my bike.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  I love, love, love my new wall decal!
  It does look like if the flowers were painted on the wall - very original. I strongly recommend them to everyone who has empty walls.
  My decal consisted of 13 separate pieces, and pre-arranging them on the wall in the order and positioned I liked, took the longest. Adhering pieces to the wall was a piece of cake after the very first one.
  I am browsing the site for another decal, and deciding which wall to use next.
  What fun!
