  Recently upgraded the bathroom. Using 2 of asian papercut design in an alcove where the commode is, 2 of wild grass in a lt brown matte finish over painted coffee-colored walls above molding, alongside a large garden tub. The result is subtle. It looks like the design is painted on!
  Last year I used dandelions behind the headboard in the master bedroom and I'm still receiving compliments. It's a pleasure to be able to purchase high-end, quality decals, with such a wide range of choices, colors and finishes... Kudos to you and your products

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   We lived in an apartment when our daughter was born, so naturally turned to decals as a way to decorate her room. Dali had been recommended to us, so we thought we'd give them a try. We were NOT disappointed!!! The quality of the decal that we ordered was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It was easy to apply and looked almost like it was painted on the wall. We got so many compliments on it.   The team at Dali Decals provided outstanding customer service from the very first time I called and were helpful every step of the way. We received the monogram decals for our daughter's nursery and couldn't wait to put them up. The directions were helpful and easy to follow. Moreover, the font and size is absolutely perfect and looks so elegant on the wall! It looks as though we had someone professionally hand paint our daughter's first and middle name.
