Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   These decals are incredible, easy to use, durable, colorful, and make a room look awesome. Dali is the best and will bend over backward to please you. I have made a gorgeous headboard from various flowers and leaves, and it's been shining down on me for a year now. Still love it. Thank you Dali for a terrific product.

  This is a great company to work with. I checked the no box to the question...Do you have textured walls? I didnt think my wall was textured but I guess is it very slightly. Even though I ordered the decal with the wrong adhesive they sent me a new one with the right adhesive! Most companies would just say "sorry, you made the mistake not us", and hang up. I am shocked! I will tell everyone about this company! I havnt gotten my new decal so maybe I should wait and see if it sticks before I write this. I'll let ya know:)
