  I just wanted to thank Dali Decals and the wonderful rep in Florida who assisted with decals for my wedding. She was phenominial and so were my decals. They were used for glass vases in the centerpieces and were a complete hit! I wish I could remember her name bc she made the process so painless, they had to be customized monograms and it took her less than a day to make my idea come alive!

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   Your company rocks! One of your reps saved me money on shipping AFTER I ordered online, I have never seen a company do that. My niece loves her new room with the birds on a wire decals. Thanks so much, It is rare to find a company with such great customer service.

  We used the Modern Mosaics to update my mom's kitchen. It's statement says clean, crisp and thoroughly new! It was shipped in a large tube, no folds or creases. The quality is a heavy duty decal which will be able to stand up to any kitchen for many years. Way to go Dali Decals, we'll be return customers.
