  Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.

  I'm a new happy customer. I found out about Dali Decals by reading about a local promotion. Even though I missed out on the promotional offer, I was really impressed with all the customer pics and reviews. I was at a loss on what to get my boss who is expecting her first child and when I saw the Elegant & Swirly Framed Monogram I had to get it for her.   I dove into this project last night figuring I had nothing to lose and if it failed, I was going to purchase a wall decal from you instead.  It took 2 hours and three of us to do it, but we were successful.

  They are just amazing!!! I placed my order thinking I was going to get something cheap and different then what I see in the picture but they proved me wrong. I got exactly what I ordered and even more. It was as I saw it in the picture and it was the exact colors I wanted. I have ordered 12 birds I got 16 I have ordered a personalized name sticker for the wall and I forgot to put two of the initials and I was concerned that if I call back they will charge me full price for it again but yet again they proved me wrong. They only charged me for shipping. They are truly the best online company I have ever ordered from. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks for wall décor. I will also reorder from them if I need anything else for my children or myself. Great customer service, fast, efficient, organized and much much more.
