  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  The Cherry Blossom Tree decal more than exceeded my expectations. I completed the install by myself, which was only slightly challenging. One suggestion I would make for other people who get this decal is that cutting the sections into smaller sections makes placement both easier and more accurate in terms of alignment. One other suggestion I would make is for people who are considering this decal to examine the layout of the wall they are considering in correlation to any light sources. I did not get the matte color option, so at times there can be a glare on the decal, as it was placed directly across from a window. All in all, my entire experience with Dali was excellent. The delivery was quick and the extra decals that were included went perfectly with the scheme I had planned. I will definitely be using this company again.

  I got a set of the Ornate Floral Pattern in white to put on a blue wall in my bedroom and we LOVE them! They look great and really add a cool element to the room. I also want to compliment Dali Decal's customer service. I needed to contact them and was so impressed at how responsive and friendly they were. Marisa in customer service is the best. Thank you!!

  When I was pregnant with my daughter, I spent many of hours in her so to be nursery dreaming about what it would look like. I knew I wanted to work with some sort of nursery decal, but found myself overwhelmed with the number of decals out there.
  
  Then I found Dali Decals and I knew I was looking at the right site. Dali Decals has the best selection of decals, color assortments, and I was able to find the perfect tree for Ora's Nursery.
  
  I was so thrilled when the tree arrived. My husband and I had a great time putting the tree together. It was super easy and it turned out better than I could have imagined.
  
  Whenever anyone came into the nursery they always comment on how beautiful the tree was. We just moved last week and I was so sad to leave Ora's tree. I could not bring myself to take it down. I left it up for the next family to enjoy.
  
  Now that we are at our new house putting Ora's Nursery together again I am envisioning another tree from Dali Decals. I can't wait to save up and order another one. Thank you so much for making Ora's Nursery so special.
