  We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)

  I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
  
  With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
  
  Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
  
  I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen.   I order the 72 Bubble piece for my bedroom wall. The shipping was fast. I was so happy to see the UPS man at my house. I got right to work on them. The direction were simple. I had a blast taping the decals to the wall figure out where I wanted them to be placed. Once that was done I got to work. I was so happy when it was done. The colors matched me bedroom set perfect. I feel so much more comfortable and cozy in my bedroom now.

  Your company rocks! One of your reps saved me money on shipping AFTER I ordered online, I have never seen a company do that. My niece loves her new room with the birds on a wire decals. Thanks so much, It is rare to find a company with such great customer service.
