The customer service I received, both when I called with a question and when I was contacted because I'm bad at math and didn't use the right dimensions, was stellar.   I love my decals. They were just as expected and were pretty easy to install. I will say the larger decals take a bit more work. I am very impress with the quality of decals and the speed of getting them to me.
