  Never did I imagine I could ever have found my soulmate but when I did, everything fell into place. And as fate had it the first thing we bought for our home was a picture frame with the quote "Once in a while in ordinary life, love gives you fairytale". My heart dropped when I found the exact decal with Dali. We just received it and is going on entry wall. It is absolutely perfect. Detailing is beautiful and is very user friendly.   Overall I'm EXTREMELY satisfied by the decals I ordered from Dali. We have textured walls, and it was rather difficult getting the decals to stick, but after applying a clear coat sealant over the decals, we haven't had any peel off. The decals look AMAZING and the colors are spot-on! I will definitely be using Dali again, and I'd also recommend others to use them as well! Thanks Dali!!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  It's not likely that you will regret your purchase from this company. The decal added so much elegance to my room and I was going for a custom decal so I exchanged several emails with company and they was so helpful, even sending two different sizes of decal since I was not totally sure on the size. I will be referring them to everyone I know. Looking to add another decal now as well. Extremely happy.
