  Love it! After much resistance, I finally set up a much-needed home office. I bought a nice quote for the wall that looks GREAT and provides some good motivation. It was a bit challenging to get everything level, but it was, it was easy to put up and looks spectacular.
  
  Now I need one to keep me motivated at work :-)

She was an angel with all of my many many questions and answered every single one of them. She also made sure the quote would be the exact length and height to accurately fill the space.   I ordered my 1st ever decals after i received not 1 but 2 gift certificates as gifts and can i just say WOW! I love them, they we super easy to install. i bought 4 decals and have only installed two of them and as i was installing them i was trying to figure out what else i could buy.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
