Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I just ordered a name graphic and stars for our new nursery and everyone is so impressed. The decals arrived super quickly, and they were so easy to use! I am looking for more places to put decals in my home because I love the way this turned out! People have asked where I got these and I have highly recommended you to multiple people.   This is a great company to work with. I checked the no box to the question...Do you have textured walls? I didnt think my wall was textured but I guess is it very slightly. Even though I ordered the decal with the wrong adhesive they sent me a new one with the right adhesive! Most companies would just say "sorry, you made the mistake not us", and hang up. I am shocked! I will tell everyone about this company! I havnt gotten my new decal so maybe I should wait and see if it sticks before I write this. I'll let ya know:)
