  Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  I have a small condo and didn't want to clutter up my dining room wall with a clunky, oversized piece of art. I ordered a fairly large decal and, to my surprise, it went up flawlessly within minutes! I was so nervous of bunching or peeling but it was perfect.   I ordered 10 custom decals for my company- huge colorful "Code of Conduct" decals to hang all over around the building. The customer service I received, both when I called with a question and when I was contacted because I'm bad at math and didn't use the right dimensions, was stellar. Robert was a huge help to me, and it was so refreshing to have customer service like that.

  I just received my "I'll love you forever quote" and I love it!! I purchased a couple others from Etsy and their quality doesn't compare to yours!! With those other decal companies, I had a hard time getting the decals to go onto the transfer paper and it was very frustrating!! When your decal arrived I was dreading putting it up, but it was so easy and didn't take long at all!! I'll definitely be purchasing more from your site and your site only!!
