  My wife and I bought the "Tall Tree Waving in the Wind" and the "Swirling Poppies" decal sets for decorating our nursery, and we're very glad we did - they're so cute! We were a little intimidated by the process of putting up the tree at first, but with the help of the video tutorial on the site, we found it was actually very easy. Everyone who comes over raves about how great the decals look - we're surprised by how many people actually think the matte decals were painted on as they look so thin and smooth!   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  I have to admit after receiving my decals (which arrived days before it was supposed to) I got nervous. I ordered a larger decal but everything went so well-it does take some time but the results are great! I find myself stopping to look in my dining room often to admire my work-company coming tonight and can't wait to hear what they have to say. I've already got another decal in mind for a bedroom :)

  Incredible customer service! I ordered the Fairy Girl on the Moon in Soft Pink Matte. The pink was a little brighter than I had envisioned, so I contacted Dali Decal to see what my options were. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was able to exchange the decal for a different color. I just received the replacement decal in the new color (Teal Matte) and it looks amazing in my daughter's room!! It was easy to put on the wall and just looks beautiful. Highly recommend these products and Dali Decal's service is excellent!
