  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I really wanted a tree on the wall of my baby daughter's nursery. Thanks to Dali Decals, my vision became a reality with their beautiful decal. I was very impressed wih the customization options, the knowledgeable and courteous customer service reps, and the speed with which the decal arrived. The decal looks like it is painted right onto the wall--even close up. It completely transformed our baby's nursery from ordinary to one that feels truly unique and special. Thanks Dali Decals!

  Dali Decals … I am in love with your product! After initially ordering your 6 piece turtles in pistachio matte, I installed them on my son’s nursery wall only to find they weren’t exactly the right color. I called your customer service and spoke with one of your fabulous representatives who took the time to help me pick out the right color to reorder. I was hoping to get the replacements “soon”, little did I know they’d show up THE NEXT DAY! The new “olive” turtles are up on the wall and we LOVE them. Thank you so much for going out of your way to provide exceptional customer service, you have a new customer for life! … We are already planning on our next order for our spare bathroom.

  I ordered two sets of beautiful dragonfly decals and I couldn't be happier. They came in the mail so fast, and the company was generous enough to fulfill my special request and even throw in a mini holiday decal. This was my first purchase and definitely won't be my last. I recommend Dali to everyone for all your wall decorating needs, and the package also included installation directions and tools so it can't get any better than that. I might just have to call the DDOD number on the box because I can't get enough of these decals. Thank you so much!
