  I just wanted to send a quick note to THANK YOU for my order, and for being such a wonderful company!! I’m attaching a picture of my decal (“Everything happens for a Reason”) [see www.facebook.com/DaliDecals for more customer photos!] which I put above my bed to remind me that everything I endure has a purpose. I was also THRILLED to get a bonus second set of the Cute Little Birds with my order!! My mother came down to visit me for the weekend (a 7-hour drive), to help me set up my new apartment, and I gave her the extra birds. She loves them as much as I do!

  I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
  
  With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
  
  Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
  
  I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen.   I just received my decal (extremely fast turn around)... I absolutely love it! I am 9 months pregnant and was able to install the decal on a severely textured wall with no trouble! I can not wait to order more decals (this was my first)! Thank you!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
