  I recently ordered 2 sets of wall decals for my little girl's room. I was nervous about the colors and how difficult they would be to apply. Let me just say they were perfect!!   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)

  Hi -- I just wanted to send a quick thanks to Robert Chadwick. I've ordered your decals for my home and love them. When the opportunity came up to redesign a wall in our nonprofit counseling/wellness center, I suggested a custom decal from you. I'm not a designer so my file wasn't quite right, but Robert was so patient and helpful and was able to get my files into shape. Thanks for such great service!
