  I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
  
  With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
  
  Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
  
  I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen.   I ordered the Hidden Corner Branch with Falling Leaves and I couldn\'t be happier. It was not difficult at all. The overall appearance is absolutely beautiful. It really livened up my entryway.   I bought a sleeping koala decal for our baby's room two years ago. The color is still just as fresh as it was and it looks amazing. I know the site says they aren't reusable, but ours was! We transferred it onto parchment paper and rolled it up before our move and just last night replaced it onto the wall in our son's new room. It sticks just as well and looks just as good. I'm a very happy customer. It also came with a complimentary six cute birds and they transferred as well.

  I just wanted to share a picture with you all...while my original intention was to use your large infinity symbol decal on our handmade wedding "guest book" it didn't quite work out that way. The decal didn't adhere totally flat due to the wood being uneven so I decided to use the decal as a stencil! However, the names did lay flat, but they just weren't the right color for the project. So after a 10 minute chat with an incredibly helpful Dali employee I had new name decals special ordered! Just wanted to thank you for always taking care of your customers! Now, my husband and I are working on placing your Robot decals in our baby's nursery....so more pictures to come!
