  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   My husband and I (with a friend's help, since I am 9 months pregnant) just applied a huge tree decal in our baby's nursery and it looks GREAT! It took a little time to do but was surprisingly simple. The whole process went smoothly. Thank you for such a wonderful product! We'll be sure to shop here for our next decal.

  I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and all of Dali Decals for their excellent customer service. You all responded so quickly to my inquiries in creating our decal for our son to be's nursery and were so kind and easy to work with when there was a mistake in the colors. I just really appreciate the customer service and feel that sometimes we forget to say thank you. Thanks for making me smile every time I walk past his room.

  We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)
  Cannot speak more highly of the products and the company, recommend them to everyone!
