Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   Just have to say that I LOVE your decals! I also wanted to say "thanks", as I think I received an extra decal in an order that I placed for my mom. I ordered her the paisley flowers and swirls, and got an owl with it. Ended up being a great addition to the kitchen, as he sits above one of the door frames, peeking out from a shelving unit =)

  Just bought this for my grown-up "forest themed" bedroom. Not only does the decal look absolutely amazing, but it was very easy to apply and the company threw in a bunch of woodland animal decals for free. I will not hesitate to purchase in the future.

  I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
