  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   So beautiful. We just put the lazy budding tree up in our baby girl's room! Couldn't be happier. Very easy to install. Bonus that isn't mentioned- comes with birds and butterflies.

  I ordered my daughter's name for her nursery and when it came it was too light to see on my wall and too small for my tall ceilings (which was not their fault). Dali Decals was SO helpful in sending me color samples and helping me quickly get another one ordered in a larger size. It looks SO good I could not be happier!!! Customer service was outstanding and did such a great job to make sure things were taken care of. Thank you!!!

  Every time I've placed an order with Dali Decals, it ships right away, and my box is always loaded with little extras. The staff at Dali Decals goes out of their way to make their customers happy, and it shows!
