  These decals are incredible, easy to use, durable, colorful, and make a room look awesome. Dali is the best and will bend over backward to please you. I have made a gorgeous headboard from various flowers and leaves, and it's been shining down on me for a year now. Still love it. Thank you Dali for a terrific product.

  We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)

  The team at Dali Decals provided outstanding customer service from the very first time I called and were helpful every step of the way. We received the monogram decals for our daughter's nursery and couldn't wait to put them up. The directions were helpful and easy to follow. Moreover, the font and size is absolutely perfect and looks so elegant on the wall! It looks as though we had someone professionally hand paint our daughter's first and middle name.   I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
