  I am extremely pleased with the butterfly decals purchased for our daughter's nursery. They really complete the room and look like hand painted art.   I have a huge master bedroom wall that I have had several types of art work created to try to fill this space. I was not sure if this decal would be large enough but after I got it on the wall it’s wonderful!! Perfect size and the instillation was easy as 1…2…3. I love the idea of the decals so much I ordered name and design decals for both my kids rooms and several others to put throughout my home.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  Dear Alicia,, thank you and your company for going above and beyond to help me get my decal up.I am so happy with the ease that it went up and the saying " Home is where our story begins" is so special to me because it is what our children had put on our cake last year as we celebrated our 50the wedding anniversary... Now I have it in my living
