Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience. When the opportunity came up to redesign a wall in our nonprofit counseling/wellness center, I suggested a custom decal from you. I'm not a designer so my file wasn't quite right, but Robert was so patient and helpful and was able to get my files into shape. Thanks for such great service!   I purchased a monogram letter "K" for my baby's room and a personalized photo decal of my son on his dirt bike for his room. Both decals arrived promptly, looked fantastic and were easy to apply. We have received many compliments on both of them, and we are more than happy to recommend Dali Decals. I'm shopping for more decals for the baby's room now!
