  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I dove into this project last night figuring I had nothing to lose and if it failed, I was going to purchase a wall decal from you instead.  It took 2 hours and three of us to do it, but we were successful.

  I ordered a blowing tree decal and felt a little overwhelmed at first when i received it. It was HUGE! I read the instructions (which were quite humurous) and it made me feel better about the process. It took me a while to put together, but the result is absolutely stunning. I placed the tree at the landing on my stairs and had the leaves blowing up the stairway. Everyone compliments me on how beautiful it is and a lot think I painted it! Not only did Dali Decals meet my expectations, they exceeded them. They sent me additioal decals that go along with the tree. A small gesture that went a long way.

  Bought the Exotic Sakura Decals and just applied them to my wall today - LOVE THEM!
  This was my first attempt in doing this - watched a video; followed your directions and it came out BEAUTIFUL!
  It is very easy to apply and even though this particular decal had parts to match up - it wasn\'t difficult to join them flawlessly.
