  We ordered two decals (a tree and a set of owls) for our baby's nursery and we are thrilled with the results! The decals arrived extremely quickly. It took very little time to get them up and they look fantastic. People who saw the decals thought we had actually stenciled the tree and owls on the wall.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   The team at Dali Decals provided outstanding customer service from the very first time I called and were helpful every step of the way. We received the monogram decals for our daughter's nursery and couldn't wait to put them up. The directions were helpful and easy to follow. Moreover, the font and size is absolutely perfect and looks so elegant on the wall! It looks as though we had someone professionally hand paint our daughter's first and middle name. Classy and elegant are the two words that come to mind when describing the decals. A big thank you to Dali Decals for your professionalism and kindness each time someone from your team spoke with me.   I recently purchased and installed the Swirling Tree. I chose dalidecal because they were responsive through the whole ordering process. My tree was nicely packaged and arrived as promised. The product was easy to work with and manuever as long as you did not press too hard when positioning it on the wall. Once it was at the right spot, the flat applicator helped remove any air bubbles. My suggestion is to cut the excess backing off before beginning to overlap any pieces. The final product turned out great. Definitely suggested this company to my family and friends. They will not disappoint you and are willing to help with any questions.

  Customer service at Dali is out of this world. And this is coming from a 3rd generation family business guy. They were super knowledgeable prior to placing my order and after i placed my order the graphics guy Robert had a couple questions about my sizing which he suggested a couple things that made more sense. I would suggest Dali to anyone out there!! GO DALI!!!
