  Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  I have a huge master bedroom wall that I have had several types of art work created to try to fill this space. I was not sure if this decal would be large enough but after I got it on the wall it’s wonderful!! Perfect size and the instillation was easy as 1…2…3. I love the idea of the decals so much I ordered name and design decals for both my kids rooms and several others to put throughout my home.   Incredible customer service! I ordered the Fairy Girl on the Moon in Soft Pink Matte. The pink was a little brighter than I had envisioned, so I contacted Dali Decal to see what my options were. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was able to exchange the decal for a different color. I just received the replacement decal in the new color (Teal Matte) and it looks amazing in my daughter's room!! It was easy to put on the wall and just looks beautiful. Highly recommend these products and Dali Decal's service is excellent!
