  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite. I'm looking forward to receiving my products, and I'll be sure to recommend your company to others. Thank you!

The instructions and practice decal were very helpful and showed that that your company cares about helping the customer achieve a professional install. You all deserve a pat on the back.   Customer service at Dali is out of this world. And this is coming from a 3rd generation family business guy. They were super knowledgeable prior to placing my order and after i placed my order the graphics guy Robert had a couple questions about my sizing which he suggested a couple things that made more sense. I would suggest Dali to anyone out there!! GO DALI!!!

  The best customer service I have ever recieved-----my first couple of decals I messed up the application. Dali Decals replaced the decals which I had ruined----NO CHARGE---
  
  I decorated my kitchen----I have WWII airplanes all over my bathroom with bombs dropping towards toilet bowl--
  
  Bedroom has decal " RELAXATION"
  on wall facing bed----
